RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing Fitto Activewear. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Refunds and Exchanges:

Unfortunately, Fitto Activewear does not issue refunds or exchanges at this time. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

2. Damaged Items:

Fitto Active is a small batch activewear company, and we carefully inspect every item to ensure quality. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us at contact@fittoactive.com with your Order # as the subject line, and include your first and last name. Attach a picture of the damaged item to the email. We will assess the damage and determine if your item is eligible for an exchange. For exchanges, we recommend keeping all tags intact, and the items should be unworn. If the same product is unavailable, we will gladly exchange it for a different item or issue you a gift card. No refunds will be issued.

3. Timeframe for Exchanges:

Please note that we do not accept exchanges after 3 days from the date your items were delivered or picked up.
