1. Processing Time: Fitto Active's standard processing time is 3-5 business days after purchase, unless expedited shipping is selected. Once processed, your order is estimated to be delivered within 5-7 business days.

2. Shipping Partners: All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Order and shipping confirmations will be sent to the email provided during checkout. If you don't see these emails shortly after purchase, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven't received them, reach out to us.

3. Shipping Information: Ensure accurate shipping information during checkout to avoid delivery issues. Fitto Activewear is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages: Fitto Activewear cannot be held responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages during transit. If your package hasn't been delivered, or it's marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us. We'll assist you in locating your package. Also, reach out to your local delivery office, as delays can occur.
